Who sponsors the ValleyPalooza Music Festival?

The festival is ran entirely on donations and sponsorships.  As we get closer to the event, we will post all of our company sponsors on a page.  As far as individual sponsorships, there are so many and we are thankful for that, but we cannot possibly get them all on paper.

If you are interested in sponsoring the event or simply making a donation, please contact Jenn Vanelli at 314-581-5720 or Sheri O'Brien at 314-616-9003.

How much does it cost?

The festival admission is FREE.

What are the hours of the music festival?

The music starts promptly at 12:00 P.M. and ends at Midnight.

Can I bring a camera?

YES, Camera's and video camera's are allowed in the park.

Are children allowed at the festival?

YES! This festival is great for all ages.
There is so much to do, no matter the age!

Will I be able to find security if I need to?

Absolutely!  We hire the best security staff and they will be available at all times.

What if I lose something? Where can I find it?

The park has an emergency and cooling shelter on the west end of the park.  Lost and found is located within the building. Someone can help you there.

Will First Aid be available?

Yes, the Valley Park Fire Department will have staff on site as well as emergency vehicles. They will be located in the Brignole Building which will double as a cooling/first aid center for the festival.

How do I become a vendor at the festival?

There is a page on the website "Festival Vendors". You will need to go there and fill out the application and send it in.  We do NOT accept food vendors because the food and drinks are donated so that all the proceeds can help the people we support through the charity.

What type of food and drinks will be sold?

Everyone loves to eat!  The Valley Park Fire Department sends in their finest to grill chicken and beef all day long. BBQ will also be available for those of you who like to spice it up! The Valley Park PTO makes snacks such as popcorn and nachos for the snackers!
Who doesn't like funnel cakes? The Valley Park Methodist Church sells out every year!  JB Goods will be grilling up their famous hot dogs - don't forget to try one - their amazing!

As for the thirsty goers...we've got you covered with Bud Light, Budweiser Select, and Budweiser.  McAlister's brings their amazing sweet tea and lemonade.
Dr. Pepper & Snapple bring in a variety of
tasty teas and soda.

Believe me...you will not leave hungry or thirsty!

Where do I park?

Parking is FREE and thanks to the many businesses that support our festival, we have many lots around the park that are open for public parking.  The walk from any lot is very short.

What if I have a handicapped permit for parking?

No problem!  We have handicapped parking near the Brignole Building at the east gate on 2nd street. You will have to show your permit to gain access to this area.

Where can I stay?

Just south of the festival off of Hwy 44 and 141 we have two hotels in the area.  You can book a room at either one of these hotels.  Make sure you tell them ValleyPalooza sent you!

How can I support the ValleyPalooza Organization?

There are several ways you can support our cause.
Please visit our pages: "About Us" and "Donate Now"
or you can volunteer your time or services to help with in the community.
If you have any questions on how you can help, email:
volunteer@valleypalooza.org

What should I bring to the festival?

You, your family, friends and co-workers!  If that's not enough, we welcome you to bring lawn chairs and blankets & sunscreen.  There will be a tent area for shade along with chairs and tables

Will there be access to an ATM if I need it?

There will be an ATM on site for your convenience near the ticket booth.

Does the festival go on rain or shine?

We are located in St. Louis, so if you aren't from here let me tell you!!! We have no idea 5 minutes from now what the weather will be like.  A light rain will not scare us away, but a lightening storm and/or down-pours and high winds might put a damper on things.  We plan on a great festival every year and so far mother nature has been on our side!

How can my band play at ValleyPalooza?

We are definitely interested in hearing from you!

What are the festival proceeds used for?

We are a charity organization that holds this event to raise funds to help the people in our community. Particularly the elderly and disabled residents who need help with small home repairs that they cannot do themselves.  We also raise additional funds throughout the year to award local students who show volunteerism within the community by sending them to special learning camps. In April 2011, we sent students to classes and camps such as film directing school at Mizzou, an equestrian camp and a veteranarian school.  To learn more about our programs and neighborhood outreach, see the "About Us" page on this website.
